We're expanding rapidly and now need reinforcement for our Meeting & Events department!
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong entrepreneurial spirit for group, event, and conference travel at our Stockholm office. You should have a passion for delivering the ultimate customer experience and be a true “doer” who loves getting things done. Job Description:
- Negotiate, coordinate, create, and present competitive proposals.
- Project-manage everything from small to large events, both domestic and international.
- Handle all detailed planning and sales from proposal confirmation to execution, including follow-up work with invoicing and evaluation.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience working with events, group, and conference travel.
- Strong at building client relationships and has good communication skills.
- Passion for service and travel.
- Ability to independently plan, lead, and execute all events in a way that exceeds our clients' expectations.
- Experience negotiating with partners (hotels, transport providers, and event organizers).
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
Preferred:
- Extensive global network in the travel industry.
- Experience in a client management role.
- Familiarity with Amadeus GDS Employment.
Details:
- Full-time position, ideally, you are based in the Stockholm area.
- This is a substitute role for approximately 1.5 years, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position.
